We wrapped up February 2024 at the Downes Ballroom, where we had the opportunity to showcase our work at Notre Dame’s annual Glitter and Gold event. Let me tell you, it was every bit of amazing, as always. This year, we joined forces with some top-notch vendors—Sweet Ems, 27 Entertainment, Events by Proshow, and Navarre Catering.

Similar to years past we had the whole ballroom to play with, and we went all out. We designed three distinct styles to show off a little of everything.Whether you’re envisioning an elegantly classic wedding like our head table setup, an effortlessly modern vibe similar to our blue rehearsal dinner styling, or a charmingly rustic atmosphere as seen in our welcome party area, we laid out some serious inspiration. Plus, we added a couple of soft seating areas, allowing visitors could take a moment to sit, relax, and imagine their big day in the settings we created.

The best part of the expo? It’s definitely the teamwork it took to pull a design like this off. Not only was it all hands on deck for Team Orange but with other vendors, too. It feels like being part of a wedding dream team. It’s incredible to see all of the aspects come together and think about how these ideas can be part of someone’s special day.

We had the pleasure of chatting with several couples, sharing ideas and dreams, and reveling in their love stories and plans for the future. There’s nothing quite like the spark in couples’ eyes as they begin to see their wedding day take shape. And through our teamwork, both within our crew and with our fellow vendors, we’re reminded of the beauty and impact of coming together to create something truly special.
